    This book originates from the thesis of the author. It attempts to highlight the practical general principles of contract, codes and ethics of trading, wisdom underline the prohibition of riba, the practicality of Islamic banking system and economic viability of profit sharing scheme.

    This work is a humble contribution to provide to the students, Islamic law materials for their understanding og Islamic commercial theories. It also server the needs of businessmen, managers, laqyers and academician who endeavor in Islamic commercial undertaking.
